  • 会员6367：本来定了锦堂，出发前一天被告知因防疫需求，改至益大或望津里，希望酒店下次可以及时下架无法入住的产品，以免耽误客人安排和行程。 管家小顾提前一天联系告知了注意事项，并全程协助安排行程和套餐内时间，一直关心我们是否有其他需求，还分享了很多乌镇的历史文化，管家式的服务让我们有宾至如归的感觉，酒店内的工作人员也都非常热情，符合酒店的定位。酒店是今年五月开业的，设施很新，分为民国和中式两部分，一步一景，尤其是餐厅院内的景观宜古宜今，夜景非常漂亮。美中不足的是整个乌旅的入景区办理入住的环节，办理人员明显培训欠缺，站了半天一句问好都没有，对酒店套餐不熟悉，入住船舶在哪里乘坐也不清楚，这么好的酒店输在了第一印象上。另外酒店内的餐厅，早餐用餐不符合国人习惯（太慢），入住前一天就定了早餐菜单，且只有三桌用餐的前提下，一些早已预订的糕点等了四十分钟才上桌，有些匪夷所思。
